Spunbond Technology

In nonwoven production, spunbond is the most important and widely used method in polymer extruding. Using spinning principle, continuous filament is formed into web during the process of polymer spinning, then to be treated mechanically, chemically or by thermal bonded ways to result strong web structure. Spunbond nonwoven fabric has outstanding characteristics over other products by physical and mechanical characters like tensile strength, elongation, ratio of vertical/horizontal tensile, which meets the requirements of thinness and high quality well. The production speed of the lines in our base is quite high. At the same time, we improve the production quality on both the superfine fiber diameter and the web evenness. Thus the products can be upgraded on the tensility, softness and evenness, getting a wider application field as a result.

Raw Materials & Applications

Polypropylene is the most widely used resin material in the present spunbond technology. It has advantages of high tensility, low melting point, easy to be processed, good chemical-resistance, low density and low cost.

Our PP fine fiber spunbond non-woven products can be used for filtration materials, infant's diapers, high quality women's sanitary towel, medical disposable bed cover sheet, surgical gown, table cloth, travel napkins, footwear materials, packing materials and absorbent materials in environment protection use.
