Technology of Spunbond

In nonwoven production, spunbond is the most important and widely used method in polymer extruding. Using spinning principle, continuous filament is formed into web during the process of polymer spinning, then to be treated mechanically, chemically or by thermal bonded ways to result strong web structure. Spunbond nonwoven fabric has outstanding characteristics over other products by physical and mechanical characters like tensile strength, elongation, ratio of vertical/horizontal tensile, which meets the requirements of thinness and high quality well. The production speed of the lines in our base is quite high. At the same time, we improve the production quality on both the superfine fiber diameter and the web evenness. Thus the products can be upgraded on the tensility, softness and evenness, getting a wider application field as a result.

Raw Materials & Applications

PET products provide higher tensility and comprehensive characters. Its application in spunbond is just second to PP. The PET spunbond nonwoven fabric is characteristic for its high tensility, permeability, breathability, heat-resistantance, durability and stability under ultraviolet, where shows advantages over PP products especially in outdoor applications. As it requires a pre-dry process in production, the cost of PET products is a little bit higher than PP products. So, PET products are much suitable for the conditions where there is strict requirement for tensility and durability for weather conditions.

Our PET micro fine fiber spunbond products can be used in the fields of membrane of roofing materials, base fabric for bitumen felt and other building fabrics, internal decoration fabric of cars, carpet base, furniture and bed wear, filtration, cable cover -tubes, synthetic leather base, pad under floor-heating unit, wound-dressing, anti-static materials, sound absorbing materials, mica strengthening materials, synthetic paper for spray-paint and printing, electronic laminating products base and insulation between layers of high voltage coils in dry transformer. It also can be used as clapboard in mobile phone cell after special treatment.
