 HDRI has sixty-five employees including four doctors (post) and nine masters. More than seventy percent of the staff are technical members among which twenty-nine of them are in senior rank. At the mean time, a postdoctoral research station had been founded in HDRI in order to strengthen both the theoretic and the applied research so as to raise the ability of continual development and core competitive power.
